| 摘 要： | 以不同浓度梯度的NCT，NAA，氨苄青霉素和青霉素水溶液对菊花插条基部进行浸泡处理，测定了不同处理后水培扦插2周和3周时的生根状况。结果表明，NCT，NAA，氨苄青霉素和青霉素均能促进菊花插生生根，所设浓度中以NCT20mg/L,NAA10mg/L，氨苄青霉素200mg/L和青霉素10万单位／L生根效率较好。其中NAA10mg/L为最佳。从实践角度看，氨苄青霉素200mg/L和青霉素10万单位／L为上选。

| Abstract: | A series of solutions were made with NCT , NAA, ampicillin and penicillin with which rooting of Dendranthema marifolium Tzvel were treated by immersing in them.The conditions of cutting rooting were measured after two and three weeks.It showed that : NCT,NAA,penicillin and ampicillin ,all the substances can promote cutting rooting.But twenty mg /L of NCT,ten mg/L of NAA,two hundred mg /L of ampicillin and one hundred thousand unit/L of penicillin were better. Moreover ten mg/L of NAA was best .But from the angle of productive practice,two hundred mg/L of amplicillin and one hundred thousand unit/L of penicillin should prior to be choiced. |
