| 摘 要： | B染色体是在形态、数目、行为以及功能等都与通常的染色体不同的一类染色体,它的传递机制是非孟德尔式的.关于它的起源与进化,大多数学者认为B染色体起源于A染色体;从分子生物学的角度看,B染色体的DNA序列与A染色体具有高度同源性.

| Abstract: | B chromosome differs from A chromosome in the case of morphology, mumber , behavior and Funcation. Their transmission is not in accordance with Mendelian law. As for its origin and evolution , most scholars think that B chromosome originates from A chromosome. From the molecular biology perspective, the DNA sequences of B chromosome have strong homology to A chromosome. |
