| 摘 要： | 针对统计分析研究工作存在的问题，提出了统计分析研究工作必须与时俱进，实现五大转变，即从传统模式向创新思维转变，从计划经济向市场经济转变，从被动服务向主动服务转变，从单一知识人才向复合型人才转变及从事后服务向事前服务转变。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in the statistical analysis and research, this paper points out that the statistical analysis and research must progressing with each passing day and realize tive transtormations, which are the transformation from the traditional mode into the innovative thought, from the planning economy into the market economy,from the passive service into the active service, from the single-knowledge talent into the compound-type talent, from the service afterwards into the service in advance. |
