略论明朝的廉政文化建设

明朝在廉政文化领域的建设,不仅内容丰富,而且层次分明,意义深远,颇具体系。明初期,其统治者致力于廉政制度的创立和完善,通过廉政法制、廉政监察、惩处贪腐等一系列强硬措施,确保了明初百余年的政治清明、社会稳定。明中期以后,针对时弊,民间又涌现出大量经典的廉政文学作品,例如＂三言＂、＂二拍＂等,对官场、社会上的贪污腐化展开了猛烈的抨击。明统治末年,部分先进的知识分子对有明一代的廉政思想进行了深刻的总结和深化。尤其是王夫之,从多个方面,诸如置谏、养廉、慎用人、惩上官等,进行了有益的探索,从而丰富了明代廉政思想的理论内涵。

On Building a Clean and Honest Government in the Ming Dynasty

The field of the incorrupt administrative culture in the Ming Dynasty not only was rich in its content but also had clear arranging levels and system, which had far reaching significance. In its ruling, the rulers made great efforts on the construction and improvement of the incorruptible system by means of relevant measures of legislation, supervision and punishment to ensure the whole society to be clean and stable. In its middle period, many classical literary works of anti-corruption such as ＂San Yan＂, ＂Er Pai＂ sprang up against corrupt phenomena then. In its falling stage, some advanced intellectuals carried out the deep summary on thoughts about anti-corruption. Wang Fuzhi, as the excellent among them, made helpful exploration into several aspects, which enriched theoretical connotation of thoughts about anti-corruption in the Ming Dynasty.
