非晶态表面镀层的再加热行为

摘    要:从Ni-P非晶态镀层重新加热后的一系列现象中,发现镀层可向内扩展数μm形成第二光亮层,其厚度时间关系符合抛物线规律.用动力学理论进行了分析和处理,认为P和Ni的原子扩散会引起晶化过程和Ni_3P等相沉积,形成镀层-基体间冶金结合,使物质性能发生变化.

Abstract:It is found from a serial phenomena of reheating Ni-P amorphous plating layerthat the latter can diffuse inward up to a few micrometers and shapes second white btightlayer.The thickness of the latter is related to the time in the pattern of the parabola. It isconsidered after analysing and processing the above n1entioned phenomena by means of dy-namic theory that the atomic diffusion of P and Ni can cause the crystallization and equiphasesettling of Ni and P forming metallurgical combination between the plating layer and the basemetal and making the property of the matter changed.
