| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了根瘤农杆菌的玉米遗传转化的发展历史 .对各种影响农杆菌转化玉米效率的关键因子包括农杆菌的菌株与载体 ,受体材料的基因型和发育程度 ,培养环境 ,培养基成分等因素进行了综述 .对发展现状和未来趋势做了讨论 .
