多元羧酸BTCA免烫整理剂研制

摘    要:随着国内外绿色环保意识的不断增强,无甲醛免烫整理已成为发展的必然趋势。BTCA等多元羧酸类化合物是一种目前较有前途的无甲醛整理剂,近年来发展较快。针对多元羧酸无甲醛,介绍BTCA整理的现状,对发展趋势进行了评述,降低BTCA整理成本的措施,结合国内实际情况提出具体建议。在实验中采用了廉价的丁二酸和氯乙酸为起始原料,选择合理的合成路线合成BTCA.经红外光谱分析,自制产品的红外光谱图与美国进口BTCA的红外光谱图相似,其物理性状也一致。

Abstract:With domestic and oversea green environment consciousness continuously improving,non-formaldehyde finish has certainly been the development tendency.BTCA polycar boxylic acid compounds are kind of non-formaldehyde finishing that has boundless prospects.In recent years it has made great progress.In view of polycar boxylic acids non-formaldehyde finishing,the paper introduces the present conditions of BTCA,reviewing the development tendency of BTCA,such as the studying of catalyer and additions in order to improve various kinds of fabric function,the measure and method of reducing finishing cost of BTCA,discussing the reaction mechanism of polycar boxylic acid additive and cellulose molecule,integrating the real reaction mechanism of domestic and putting forward concrete suggestion.In the experiment with cheap butane diacid and chloroacetic acid as starting material,butane tetra carboxylic acid (BTCA) was synthesized through rational synthesis route.After infrared spectrum analyzed,the infrared spectrum of self-prepared BTCA was as same as the infrared spectrum of BTCA imported form US,physical properties were also conformed.After testing,the self-Prepared BTCA has no formaldehyde and low cost.
