RFID射频天线设计及铁氧体材料的应用

摘    要:随着物流业中的供应链以及其他应用的快速发展,低成本与小型化已经成为无线射频识别(RFID)器件设计所要考虑的两个关键因素。文章首先讲述了近年来无线射频识别的发展状况,然后探讨了RFID应答器天线设计过程中所要注意的问题以及通过采用高频铁氧体磁芯来增大磁耦合的解决方法。最后介绍了应用于RFID应答器天线的NiZn铁氧体磁芯材料的现状及其发展前景。

Abstract:With the development of supply chain and other applications,low cost and miniaturized size have become the key factors in the design of RFID components. The object of our design is the optimum transponder for RFID system under different frequencies. The paper describes new results of recent research for RFID and some problems in all the steps of the design about passive integrated antenna,and describes how to solve the problems by enhancing magnetic coupling. At last it presents several ferrite materials of the core for RF antenna and presents their status quo and prospects.
