| Abstract: | In this paper the author expounds the importance of the rational development and disposition of Talent Resources of China,and emphatically analyzes the issues occurring during the process of the development and dispositon.The author works out some measures for the development and dispossition of future talent reources:to make globalized strategies to make congregated talent resources strategies;to establish the encouraging mechanism that enables talent to come to the fore;to establish the marketized talent administration system and legal system,etc. |
