基于多信号流图的测试性验证试验样本选取方法

为设计优化的测试性验证试验方案,提出了故障样本优选算法.本算法介绍了多信号流图模型的形式化定义和建模步骤,利用其描述故障与测试间因果依赖关系,建立了故障-测试相关矩阵和故障-故障相关矩阵.在考虑充分覆盖的约束条件下,以试验费用小为优化目标,提出了最小故障样本集和每个故障样本数的选取方法.案例验证结果表明,该方法分析设计的试验方案节省了试验费用.

Sample selection of testability verification experiment based on multi-signal modeling methodology

To optimize the testability verification experiment scheme,an optimized failure sample selection algorithm is put forward.And then the formalization definition and modeling steps of multi-signal methodology are introduced.Multi-signal modeling is applied to describe the dependency relation between failure and test,and the failure-testability dependency matrix and the failure-failure dependency matrix are founded.On the restraint requirement of sufficient coverage the least failure sample size is confirmed which is restricted to cost of testability verification experiment.Finally,an example proves that the method reduce the cost of testability verification experiment.
