| 摘 要： | 教育界的现状及其种种迹象表明,现有教师队伍的心理健康不容乐观,"诲人不倦"已是难能可贵,教师职业倦怠之病症正在严重地冲击着当前的教育改革和发展.因此,探讨教师职业倦怠的成因,寻求对策,促进教育的发展就成为刻不容缓的问题了.缓解、解决教师职业倦怠的应对策略主要是:社会支持、组织支持和教师自身素质的提高.

| Abstract: | The present situation and indications of the education circles show that the psychology health among teachers contingent is not so sanguine. " Being tireless in teaching "is difficult of attainment. The illness of career burnout in teachers is affecting badly the current reforming and development of the education. Therefore the research into the causes of career burnout among the teachers demands immediate attention. |
