| 摘 要： | 传统的经典微生物实验技术在环境微生物综合实验中显示了一定的应用局限性,教学效果不理想,亟需引入新的环境微生物的研究方法和测试技术,在前期实践的基础上,建立了基于先进研究方法的综合实验教学内容和教学方式,以达到经典技术与现代技术的结合,更好地解决环境问题,体现专业特色,促进学生知识结构的完善和综合专业技能的拓展。
