摘    要:多光束干涉由于其干涉条纹精细,常用于测量微小物理量的变化.设计了一种测量固体线膨胀系数的装置,利用固体线膨胀时长度改变引起入射到法布里-波罗干涉仪的激光光束角度发生变化的特点,测量了固体棒的线膨胀系数.

Abstract:Based on the precise interference stripe,the multiple-beam interference are often used to measure the exiguity change.A measuring device of solid linear expansion coefficient has been designed.Based on the Fabry-Perot interference incidence angle transformation arosed by the solid pyrogenation expansion,the linear expansion cofficient is measured.
