| Abstract: | This article introduces the components and limits of using the high-performance liquid chromatography.It also explains technique and the operating procedures of the Liquid Chromatography,the usage and daily maintenance of instruments such as mobile phase,column,and detector in quantitative analysis.It provides basic knowledge and experience of management of liquid chromatography for beginners. |
