| Abstract: | The inspection and controlling companies should wet up and perfect a set of construction inspection and controlling rules and laws, according to the models of the international companies, to correct the quality problems that exist in the constructions. The inspection and controlling responsibility should be divided to every person, that is an important measure to improve the construction quality. |
