基于机器视觉的零件自动装配系统

摘    要:针对工业装配生产线的削刀架自动装配问题,基于机器视觉技术,构建了一套在线机器视觉系统.采用特征值方法识别零件,并通过质心法结合特征点及最小二阶矩进行定位.利用带有透镜径向一阶畸变的小孔摄像机模型,采用径向排列约束(RAC)2步标定法对摄像机进行了标定,并在线验证.实验结果表明,该方法可获得很好的识别效果,识别零件正确率100%,系统工作时间约300ms,满足装配作业的实时性和精度要求.

Abstract:Based on machine vision technology, an online machine vision system is established to solve the problem of sharpener automatic assembly in the industry. Methods of eigenvalue and the center of mass, combining characters of components and the least second moment, are performed to recognize and locate parts. Based on the pin-hole camera model with one order radial lens distortion, two-step method of RAC (radial array confine) is described to calibrate parameters of camera, which is validated on line. The experiments show that 100% correct recognization result is obtained; the system works reliably and fulfills the operation less than 300 ms, and meets the required accuracy and speed of assembling.
