镉锌复合污染对芹菜养分吸收的影响

摘    要:用水培试验研究不同浓度下Cd、Zn单一及复合污染对芹菜吸收营养元素(N、P、K、Fe)的影响.结果表明:Cd、Zn单一污染下,茎叶中粗蛋白和元素P的含量没有显著变化;Cd在一定程度上促进了茎叶对K的吸收,Zn抑制了茎叶对元素K的吸收;高浓度的Cd(8 mg/L)和Zn(500 mg/L),均显著地促进了茎叶对元素Fe的吸收,分别为对照值的1.3倍和1.5倍.而Cd、Zn复合污染对营养元素的吸收存存复杂的影响:茎叶中P的含量没有显著变化;Cd在一定程度上促进了茎叶对K的吸收,Zn抑制了茎叶对元素K的吸收;Cd和Zn均不同程度地促进了芹菜茎叶对Fe的吸收.

Abstract:Hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the effect of various Cd or Zn heavy metal pollutant substrates on the nutrient elements(N, P, K and Fe), in stems and leaves of celery. The main results were as follows: neither Cd nor Zn made a significant change in the absorption of P; Cd improved the absorption of K to some extent, while Zn depressed the absorption of K; both Cd (8 mg/L) and Zn (500 mg/L) promoted the absorption of Fe obviously, is 1.3 and 1.5 times to the contrast.
