| 摘 要： | 评价超声显像对阻塞性黄疸的病因及阻塞部位的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析了 97例经手术及病理结果证实的阻塞性黄疸的超声显像 ,结果 :97例中完全符合 92例占 94.9% ,基本符合 1例占 1 % ,误诊 4例 ,占 4.1 %。结论 :超声显像诊断阻塞性黄疸 ,因其准确性高 ,经济、简便易行而成为首选。

| Abstract: | Oljectiv:To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the block sites and causes of obstrutive jaundice.Methods:Ultrasonic image of 97 cases with surgically and pathologically proved obstructive jaundice were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Of 97 cases,total coincidence(n=92) accounts for 94.9% basal coincidence(n=1)accounts 1% misdiagnosis(n=4)accounts for 4.1%. Conclusions:ultrasonography is a reliable and simply examination of the fist choice for obstrctive jaundice,due to its high accuracy,effcency and ecconomy. |
