石油企业社会风险预警评价指标体系建模研究

石油涉外企业在海外工程进行的过程中,面临着来自各个方面的风险与挑战。伴随着石油在世界能源结构中地位的日益上升,对于石油的争夺战成为了世界格局下最为敏感的话题。我国石油企业在进行海外工程作业的过程中,面临多方面多角度的社会风险事件威胁,做好石油企业海外投资社会风险预警评价工作具有重大意义。本文构建了石油企业海外投资社会风险预警评价指标体系。依照石油企业海外投资社会风险预警评价指标体系的设计原则,综合运用文献分析法、频次统计法、实地调研法、德尔菲法,并大量发放调查问卷,建立石油企业海外投资社会风险预警评价指标体系。该指标体系可以广泛应用于我国石油企业,为其海外投资社会风险预警评价管理提供理论支持。

Modeling of Social Risk Early Warning Evaluation Index System of Foreign Oil Companies

Foreign oil companies faced risks and challenges from various aspects when carried out in the process of overseas projects . With oil status rising in the world''s energy structure, the battle for oil has become at the world situation. Therefore, it is of great significance to do better in evaluation of social risk warning in oil companies overseas investment. The oil companies to build social risk evaluation index system of early warning of overseas investment. In accordance with the design principles oil companies overseas investment in social risk early warning evaluation index system, the integrated use of literature analysis, frequency statistics, field research method, Delphi method, and a large number of questionnaires, established oil companies overseas investment in social risk early warning evaluation index system. The index system can be widely used in China''s oil companies to provide theoretical support for their overseas investment of social risk evaluation and management of early warning.
