我国P2P 借贷信息服务平台发展模式研究

Sviokla,J.认为P2P**平台在2009年经济管理界突破性观念中排名前十~(1])。到目前为止,我国已有数百家P2P借贷信息服务平台,但是因为多种原因导致平台发展过程中乱象丛生。鉴于此,本文对国内外典型P2P借贷信息平台发展过程进行梳理,采用SWOT分析方法,分析P2P借贷信息服务平台存在的优势、不足,面临的机遇和挑战,为今后我国P2P借贷信息服务平台更好地发挥资金融通作用,保障投资人的合法权益,实现平台多元化发展提出相应的政策建议。

A Study on the Development Model of Chinese P2P Lending Information Service Platforms

Sviokla, J. argues that P2P platform is one of the top ten groundbreaking concepts in 2009. So far, there have been hundreds of P2P lending information service platforms. Nevertheless the development process of P2P platform is in chaos as a result of many reasons. To solve the above problems, the development processes of typical P2P lending information service platform at domestic and abroad are reviewed, and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the P2P lending information service platform are respectively analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. It gives policy recommendations for the future of P2P lending information service platform to better play the role of financial intermediation, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and to achieve diversified development platform.
