| 摘 要： | 本文首先从知识产权运营的概念和内容出发,多维度多层次分析知识产权运营涉及的重要组成部分,重点探讨知识产权管理部门、企业、知识产权中介服务机构的工作职能、准确定位,针对我国知识产权运营存在的问题,以安徽合肥的成功探索为案例,提出我国积极应对知识产权运营工作的建议。

| Abstract: | In this article, based on intellectual property operation itself, from the point view of the situation and the main efficiency of intellectual property operation in China, the main components related to intellectual property operation are analyzed from multiple dimensions and levels, the relationships among Intellectual property administrative departments, companies and intellectual property intermediary service agencies are discussed deeply. At last, around the job functions and precise location, some positive solutions on Intellectual property operation of Hefei are put forward. |
