| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护是知识产权制度须解决的核心问题之一。建设知识产权强国,必须适应我国当前发展阶段,制定完善有利于促进创新的知识产权保护机制。本文从我国知识产权保护存在的问题出发,以问题为导向,研究实施严格知识产权保护的主要内容,以及与之相匹配的相关政策。

| Abstract: | The protection of intellectual property rights is one of the core issues of intellectual property system and intellectual property strategy. We must start from our own development stage to accelerate the improvement of the intellectual property protection mechanism conducive to promoting innovation. This paper started from the problem of intellectual property rights, study construction in the process of the power of intellectual property, strengthen and implement strictly the main content of the protection of intellectual property rights, and matched with related policies. |
