磁性壳聚糖微球制备及其表征

摘    要:采用红外光谱对反向悬浮交联的方法制备磁性壳聚糖微球进行结构表征.结果表明,采用Na OH溶液做为OH离子的提供体效果好于氨水,戊二醛做为交联剂的效果明显好于甲醛,可得到磁响应效果较好的黑色Fe3O4粒子.戊二醛一次性加入2 m L的效果与分两次加入1 m L的效果没有太大的差异,制得磁性壳聚糖微球的粒径分为12.78μm和15.27μm,均成黄绿色的球形,反应体系p H值应控制在4.0~8.0.通过电镜扫描可以直观的看出磁性壳聚糖微粒呈球形,质地均一,内部包裹黑色的磁性物质,颜色呈深黄绿色.通过红外光谱检测,证明磁性壳聚糖在3323.87、2823.53、1088.25、598.43 cm-1处具有明显的特征吸收峰.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the structure of magnetic chitosan microspheres that was pre-pared with the method of reverse suspension cross -linking .The results showed that magnet-ic response was obtained the black Fe 3 O4 particles with better magnetic response effect , if u-sing NaOH solution as OH ions provides body instead of ammonia , glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent in stead of formaldehyde , respectively .The reaction system pH should be con-trolled in 4.0 -8.0, magnetic chitosan effect was not too much of a difference if glutaralde-hyde was added 2 mL one-time or added 1 mL twice, magnetic spherical chitosan micro-spheres was a yellow-green spherical which particle size was 12.78μm and 15.27μm, re-spectively.Magnetic chitosan particles were spherical and uniform texture , it could be seen intuitively that black magnetic particles was wrapped in internal that color was yellow -green by electron microscope scanning .It was proved that magnetic chitosan had obvious character-istic absorption peak at 3323.87, 2823.53, 1088.251, 598.43 cm-1 by infrared spectrum detection .
