| 摘 要： | 为建立一个稳定可靠分离度好的方法测定红景天中含红景天苷的量.采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为BDS HYPERSIL-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.03%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长275 nm;柱温30℃.结果表明,红景天苷的进样量在1.25~10μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD为0.89%.该方法准确、可靠、分离度好,可用于红景天的质量评价.

| Abstract: | A stable and reliable method with good separation degree was set up to determine the content of Salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata .The investigation was performed by HPLC , and the chromatographic column was BDS HYPERSIL -C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm）. Gradient elution was applied with acetonitrile -0 .03% phosphoric acid as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The determine wavelength was 275 nm.The temperature of the column was 30 ℃.The results indicated that in the range of 1 .25-10 μg the injection volume had a good linear relationship , and the average recovery was 98.16% and the RSD value was 0.89%.This method with good separating degree is accurate and reliable , which can be used for the quality evaluation of Rhodiola rosea . |
