常州市环境噪声的评价与控制

摘    要:本文提出以噪声污染源为中心的城市环境噪声测量和评价新方法,用此方法成功地对常州市城区环境噪声(主要是工业噪声和交通噪声)进行评价,並在此基础上提出了控制和治理方案。根据这一方案能使常州市在工业发展的同时有效地控制环境噪声的污染。

Abstract:A new method for measuring and evaluating urban environmental noise with the pollution source as the centre is proposed in this paper. This method has successfully been used to evaluate Changzhou's urban environmental noise (chiefly industrial and traffic noise). On the basis of this assessment a preliminary plan of noise control is suggested, According to this plan noise pollution can be effectively controlled during the rapid development of Changzhou's indusry.
