胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理

目的：为了协助临床医师实施胶原酶溶解术，探索合理的护理方案，及早预防或发现并发症，提高护理质量。方法：进行术前教育，详细为病人及家属讲解手术特点，术中严格的无菌权术操作；术后严密观察生命体征及意识，术后严格卧位，腰围保护，鼓励病人进行腰背肌锻炼等。结果：近期疗效显，无一例并发症发生。结论：围手术期周密合理的护理和正确的腰背肌功能锻练指导有利于病人的康复。

Clinical Nursing Care of Collagenase Lysis Therapy of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

objective:To help clinical doctors practise collagenase lysis therap y, explore theappropriate nursing methods,prevent and find cmplications early,and i mprove nursing quality.Methods:preoperative education,detail explanation of the operation characteristics to the patients and their relatives and strict septic manipulation at surgery were carried out.Closely observing of vital signs and co nsciousness of the patients,strictly lying in bed,lumbar protection after operat ion were carried out and patients were encouraged to do psoas muscle function ex ercises;Results:immediate treatment effect is marked,no complications have been developed Conclusion:peroperative appropriate nursing and psoas muscle function exercise are helpful to the patients'rehabilitation.
