| 摘 要： | 菲汀中磷含量是衡量菲汀质量的重要指标之一。本文介绍了国际葡萄酿酒处方集和前苏联药典规定的测定菲汀中磷含量的方法，讨论了用这两种方法进行测定存在的问题，提出了改进的方法，列出了实验数据，对改进前后的测定结果作了比较。

| Abstract: | Phosphorus determination in Phytin is one of the important indexes which determins the quality of Phytin. In this paper, two methords of phosphorus determination in Phytin are introduced, which were stipulated the Codex Oenologique International and the former Soveit Union Pharmacopeia. Some problems of analytic operation in these two methods are discussed. This paper also puts forword the improved method, lists the data, gives a comparasion of the results measured before and after the improvement. |
