| 摘 要： | 当前日益激烈的体育人才争夺加剧了人才的流动,而人才非正常流失问题正成为我国竞技体育改革和发展的一块心病,也日渐成为制约竞技体育持续发展的瓶颈。在备战2008年北京奥运会背景下,对我国体育人才非正常流动的弊端和原因进行分析,并提出了遏制对策。

| Abstract: | The problems of sports talent dropping out now seriously become a worry of our athletics reform and also become a bottleneck in the growth of athletics development gradually. This thesis will analyze present condition, reason, result of sports talent loss under the background of 2008 Olympics, and put forward the countermeasures. |
