分类树算法及其在通用档案管理系统中的应用

档案管理系统是MIS系统中的一种重要内容，由于档案管理具有细致的分类标准，为了使用户能够根据标准自行更改系统的分类定义，以满足通用性的要求，同时又保证数据的一致性和完整性，提出了一种较好的实现方案基于数据库的分类树算法，即在服务器端生成一棵定义良好的分类树，它位于整个系统的的核心，起到关联系统各部分的作用，并在分类法改变时进行合理的维护，这一方案已在某石化公司档案馆得到运用并被证明切实可行。

Catalog Tree Algorithm and Its Application on Universal Archive Management System

Archive management system is an important content of MIS(Management Information System). Because there are detailed catalog standard in the field of archive management,and users want to modify the definition of classification in the system themselves to meet the requirement of universality, this article introduces a catalog tree algorithm based on database. That is to generate a good defined catalog tree which locates on the kernel of the whole system. Proper maintenance is applied when catalog standard is changed. This proposal has already been put into use on the archive of a petrifaction enterprise and proved to be feasible.
