工业计算机网络在电弧炉炼钢控制系统中的应用

摘    要:设计了基于工业计算机网络的电弧炉控制系统,采用三层网络结构即管理层,控制层和设备层来完成对电弧炉和精练炉的控制,系统可实现炼钢过程的优化控制及数据监控,完成作业优化,提高作业效率。在控制层,为了降低生产成本,提高系统的安全可靠性,采用两种网络协议来实现信息传递,它们分别是PROFIBUS-FMS和TCP/IP的Internet协议,实践表明,这一方法切实可行。

Abstract:Electric arc furnace control system is designed based on the industrial computer network. The three layer network structures, i.e. management layer, control layer and equipment layer are adopted to complete the control over electric arc furnace and refiner. The system can achieve the optimal control and data monitoring, completion of operation optimalization, and operation efficiency in the process of steel making. In control layer, it is necessary to improve the safety reliability of the system in order to lower production cost so that two kinds of network agreements are used to realize information transmission. They are the Internet agreement of PROFIBUS FMS and TCP/IP respectively. Practice indicates that this method is feasible.
