Abstract:A simple and useful formula is presented in this paper. A new mathematical model to eliminate the low torque harmonics is deeply researched. Optimal switching angles of 6, 12, 18 and 24 times of the fundamental harmonic elimination were be calculated. Experiments of 3-phase 550 W synchronius reluctance motor based on microcomputer controlled GTR inverter show that the methods described in this paper have good effects in harmonics elimination. The lowest operation frequency without noise can reach 4 Hz.
