| Abstract: | At present,there exist some obstacles in developing science and technology in local colleges and universities.This paper suggests t hat we should speed up its developmen t in terms of five aspects :Adapting o ur way of thingking to the new situation;wo rking out proper incentive schemes;advocating"three -in -one"involving production,learning and research;raising funds in many ways;reconstr ucting disciplines. |
