儿科急性呼吸道感染滥用抗生素现状的分析与对策

目的探讨儿科医生对治疗急性呼吸道感染滥用抗生素的情况。方法通过查阅有关文献报道和近几年来所了解到情况,对儿科治疗急性呼吸道感染滥用抗生素的现状、引起原因、后果及防止策略作一综述。结果儿科急性呼吸道感染抗生素使用频率最高,滥用现象十分普遍、危害极为严重,其原因复杂,控制困难。结论通过共同努力如能使儿童呼吸道感染步入合理使用抗生素的轨迹,对减少细菌耐药,减少抗生素不良反应,节约有限的医疗资源等均有重大的现实意义。

Analysis and countermeasure to the status of abuse antibiotic in pediatric acute respiratory infection

Objective:For invite paediatrician attention to abuse of antibiotics in acute respiratory infection.Methods: We summarize the status quo?cause?consequence and countermeasure of abuse antibiotics in pediatric acute respiratory infection.Results: It is generally use antibiotics in pediatric acute respiratory infection,but there are usually abuse,results are serious,cause are complex,control are difficult.Conclusions: We can alter the phenomenon of abuse antibiotic by our effort and it is important in decreasing bacterium drug fast?reducing side effect and saving medical resource.
