铝材的阳极化及染色工艺探讨

摘    要:通过硫酸阳极化处理,使铝材表面获得氧化膜,然后对其进行化学着色.通过电流密度、阳极化时间、温度、着色工艺等诸多因素与着色质量关系的研究,确定了较好的阳极化着色工艺.此工艺操作简单,成本较低,固色效果非常好,而且可以随意进行各种美丽颜色的着色(有机颜料和无机颜料).

Abstract:By means of the treatment of cathodic polarization in the soluion of sulphuric acid,chemical colouring can be carried out on the surface of Aluminium after the oxide film formed.the optimum techniques of cathodic polarization and colouring techniques are acquired by studying the relationship between the colouring quality and the current density,period of cathodic polarization and temperature etc .Not only the techniques is simple and low cost,but the fixture of colour is very good.Moreover,many beautiful colours can be acquired on the surface of the metal Aluminium by this techniques
