摘    要:本文从分析我国对高职教育的层次定位及高职教育的现状入手,提出高职教育的健康发展必须改革现有的培养模式和课程体系。在强化岗位能力培养的同时全面提升学生的人文素质,文章既有理性的思考又具实践经验的概括。

Abstract:The essay starts with the explanations for fixing the training level and for the present situation of the higher vocational education in our country. It brings out an idea that we should reform the present training model and the curriculum system in order to make the education go smoothly. We should strengthen the training of personal ability for the posts as improving the reasonable quality of the students in full-scale. The essay has both the reasonable thoughts and the summary of the practical experience.
