From the view of information cost,this paper puts forward that the financing difficulty of medium and small sized enterprises is that their marginal information cost is more than that of big sized enterprises'.Solution of this is to lead the third specialized credit guarantee orgnization,so as to make good of medium and small sized enterprises' credit.
