| 摘 要： | 根据对飞碟运动员进行的心理训练及其发挥的作用为着手点,研究飞碟运动员在训练与比赛中出现的心理特征及问题,并针对这些心理问题提出有效的调节措施。为实现飞碟运动员更好地进行训练并在比赛中取得优异成绩,起到积极作用。
