拓展素质训练融入高校体育课“课内外一体化”教学模式的研究

通过文献资料、综合分析、实践观察等研究方法对拓展素质训练融入高校体育课"课内外一体化"教学模式进行了探讨。拓展素质训练融入高校体育课"课内外一体化"教学模式具有现实的可能性:拓展素质训练与体育课"课内外一体化"教学思想具有相似的目标指向,相近的实施原理,相通的实施内容,同时拓展素质训练能够极大程度的延伸"一体化"的课外内容。并提出了拓展素质训练融入高校体育课"课内外一体化"的教学模式:1)互补性的课程目标定向;2)多元化的教学课程内容;3)优秀的课程实施队伍;4)周密的风险预防与处理;5)科学化的教学效果评价。
