| Abstract: | This paper discusses static rhetoric and dynamic rhetoric,their intension and extension their,content and scope the present situation and causes and necessity and importance of dynamic rhetoric,hoping that the teachers the Essentials of Chinese Broadcasting Announcing of phonetic Broadcast and An Outline of Broadcast may pay attention to it.In this way they can make a further study of it,and make achievements both in teaching and scientific research. |
