邻二甲苯侧链氯化合成邻苯二甲醛

摘    要:以邻二甲苯为原料,在DMF存在下进行侧链氯化,控制氯化深度,使主产物为邻二-(二氯甲基)苯,粗产物经减压馏,石油醚重结晶,制得纯度在98%以上的邻二-(二氯甲基)苯,考察了邻二-(二氯甲基)苯在ZnSO3催化剂存在下反应条件对合成邻苯二甲醛的影响,研究结果表明,邻苯二甲醛产率可达96.7%,纯度为99.8%,一次合成总收率为43.0%。

Abstract:O xylene was chlorinated in the presence of DMF, 1,2 bis dichlormethyl benzol was made to the main products by controlling the chlorinated degree. The craw products were distilled in the decreased pressure. The products were recrystallized by petroleum ether. The purity of 1,2 bis chlormethyl benzol was beyond 98%. The synthesis of phthalaldehydes were researched from 1,2 bis dichlormethyl benzol with ZnSO 4 as catalyst. The experimental results showed that the yield of phthalaldehydes was 96.7% and the purity of its was about 99.8%. The whole yield was 43.0%.
