辐照交联制备高性能PVC电线电缆料

摘    要:本文采用Co60射线辐照交联的方法研究了交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸脂(TMPTA)、改性剂乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、辐照剂量对聚氯乙稀(PVC)电缆料力学性能的影响.通过凝胶含量、断裂伸长率、断裂应力的测定,分析了TMPTA、EVA、辐照剂量对PVC电缆料力学性能的影响.结果表明EVA含量一定时(15wPhr), 电缆料凝胶含量随TMPTA含量的增加、辐照剂量的增大而增大,该体系的力学性能与其凝胶含量存在正比例关系;当TMPTA含量一定时(12Phr),加入EVA不利于电缆料凝胶含量的提高,并且与凝胶含量间无对应关系.可能由于辐照条件下TMPTA优先与EVA接枝交联,形成EVA交联体系,该体系与交联的PVC基体间的界面相容性较差,从而导致材料力学性能的下降.该研究结论对于高性能PVC电缆料改性剂的选择具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Used trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) to take the cross-linking agent, EVA(VA content 28%) to take the modifier and Co60-ray to take the radiation source, the effects of TMPTA, EVA and irradiation dose on the gel content and the mechanics performance of PVC cable material were Studied. When EVA content was 15Phr, gel content in PVC increased along with the TMPTA contents and irradiation dose enhances, and its mechanics performance had a positive proportion relationship with gel content. When TMPTA content was definite (12Phr), Joined EVA to be disadvantageous to the PVC cable material gel content enhancement, the mechanics performance of PVC cable material gradually drops along with the EVA content increases and did not show any relationship with gel content. This showed that TMPTA may be firstly to cross-link with EVA under irradiation condition and forms EVA cross-linked system, and the interface compatibility between PVC matrix cross-linked system and EVA cross-linked system was bad. The result of the study would be a good guidance for the selection of modifier for high property PVC cable material.
