| 摘 要： | 将求解任波函数与转移矩阵技巧相结合，给出计算穿越任意势之透射系数的一种简单数值计算方法，该方法将被应用于抛物势和电场中的双垒势，计算所得透射系数与采用多阶势近似取得结果相符，还给出这两种情表在共振地的波函数。

| Abstract: | A simle numerical method of calculating transmission coefficients across arbitrary potentials is presented by using the combination of a transfer matrix procedure and the solution of the wave functions in arbitrary potentials.This method is applied to a parabolic potential and a double barrier potential in an electric field.The transmission coefficients calculated are in agreement with those obtained using a multistep potential approximation.The wave functions at the resonant states are also given for the two examples. |
