| 摘 要： | 对ＰＤＢ库（１９９５年５月以后到１９９８年７月以前）进行了同源性分析处理，得到由１４１个蛋白质构成的检验集，难了构建模式的正确性；总结了蛋白质五种结构型（α型、β型、α＋β型、α／β型）的识别方法，同时，结合蛋白质的构建模式制定了不同结构型的的拓扑结构预测结果相近。

| Abstract: | From PDB 1998 Jul we choose 141 proteins as the test set the structural data of which were published after 1995 May.By use of the recognition rules which were worked out previously by us based on the standard set (359 proteins before 1995 May) we have recognized and predicted the structural classes and topological structures for proteins in test set with a high accuracy. |
