矿工作业意外差错心理原因分析与预防对策

根据大量煤矿安全事故心理原因的调研资料，结合具体事故案例，对矿工生产作业中容易导致意外差错的心理因素的产生原因、作用机制进行了分析，运用心理学信息加工理论探讨了意外差错发生的心理机制，认为意外差错的本质是作业者感官信息输入、大脑信息加工及指令输出差误。最后提出了意外差错的预防对策，为防止煤矿事故的发生提供了安全心理管理方面的理论参考。

Analysis and Prevention Measures on Psychological Reasons for Miners' Unexpected Operating Errors

Based on a large number of materials about psychological analysis of coal mine safety accidents and combined with the specific cases of the incidents, the author analyzes the causes and the＇ mechanism of psychological factors which easily lead to the miners＇ unexpected errors in the course of production, discussed about the psychological mechanism of the unexpected errors by making use of the psychology theory of information processing, and concludes that the unexpected errors are the errors of opera- tors＇ sensory information input, the brain information processing and the commands output. Finally, the author puts forward prevention measures on unexpected errors, which has provided theoretical reference for the management of security psychology in order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine accidents.
