| 摘 要： | 政治民主化、法制化、现代化是人类政治文明发展的基本成果。建设有中国特色的民主政治是中国政治文明建设的总体目标，基本内容包括坚持党的领导，坚持人民当家作主，坚持依法治国。社会主义政治文明建设必须克服思想上和体制上的障碍，并从党的执政方式上，社会主义民主制度上，干部人事制度上找到突破口。

| Abstract: | The democracy,legislation,and modernization of politics are the basic achievements of the political civilization development of human beings.To build democratic politics is the general aim of the Chinese political civilization building.The basic contents include adhering to the Party's leadership,the master status of the people,and the administration of the country according to the laws.To build socialist political civilization,we must get rid of the barriers in the ideology and the system,so as to reform the Party' s administrative mode,socialist democratic system and personnel system of the cadres. |
