| 摘 要： | 从样品中分离、鉴定出四个菌株，对其形态特征及生理生化特性进行了观察、测定分析，其中二个组合三个菌株的酶活力较强，能较快地发酵分解有机废弃物，使有机肥的速效养分含量迅速提高，可作为生物菌剂的菌种，同时，确定了该菌剂的生产工艺流程。

| Abstract: | Four strains were separated from samples. Their morphological characteristics, and physiological and biochemical properties were observed, measured and analyzed. The enzymes determined from three strains in two groups were more active. The three strains fermented and resolved the organic waste more quickly than others did. They made the efficacious nutrients of organic fertilizer increase rapidly. They can be used as the dosage of inoculum. Besides, technologic process of the microbiological agent has been developed. |
