| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，互联网走进大学生的生活，对大学生的各个方面产生了巨大影响，同时，它也给大学生心理健康教育工作带来了新的机遇和巨大的挑战。在网络时代，探索大学生心理健康教育工作的策略，对提高大学生的心理健康水平具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of information technology,the internet has approached the college students' life,which has influenced a lot in aspects;in the meantime,it brings a great challenge and a new opportunity to mental education work.In the network times,the strategies of mental education work for college students are explored in this paper for its significance of advancing the research on mental health. |
