微位移传感器的简便动态模型识别

摘    要:通过搭建动态校准实验装置,在频域内对微位移传感器系统进行了动态校准,根据实验数据结果,利用一种幅频建模方法完成了动态数学模型的建立,并进行了模型检验,实现了对微位移传感器的简便动态模型识别。

Abstract:In this paper, the micro - displacement sensor system is dynamically calibrated in frequency domain through building a device for dynamic calibration and a dynamic mathematic model is also built by using an amplitude - frequency modelling method according to the experimental data . The dynamic mathematic model is tested and then the dynamic model identification for the micro- displacement sensor is realized.
