在对徐州市港埠历史演变进行客观回溯和总结的基础上，深入剖析市域港口码头发展现状及存在问题，并对航道河流、综合运输、水运货流和经济发展等影响市域港口码头发展的因素进行分析与测算，提出徐州市跨世纪港口码头发展战略方向、目标及所应采取的步骤和重点，特别是对三大港群布局和主通道、主干线、干线、支线港口码头建设予以阐述和论证，为徐州市港口码头发展规划提供参考依据。

Study on the Layout of the Transcenturial Ports and Wharfs in Xuzhou

Based on objectively recalling and summarzing the historical evolution of ports and wharfs in Xuzhou,this paper dissects the present situation and problems of their development.Furthermore,it analyzes and calculates reasonably the be and factors which may affect the development of the regional ports and wharfs,such as channels and rivers,comprehemsive transport network, source and volume of goods of water transport and economic development. On the basis of such analyses and surveys, the thesis advances the strategic direction,objectives,focal points and measures to be taken for the development of Xuzhou's transcenturial ports and wharfs.It especially expounds and proves the layout of the three groups of ports and the construction of ports and wharfs on the passages,leading lines,main lines and branch lines,which will provide feasible consult foundation for the developing programme of Xuzhou's ports and wharfs.
