摘    要:现代建筑采暖和制冷一般都采用中央空调系统 ,当系统机组安装在中间楼层或楼顶时 ,系统的振动和噪声对下面楼层的影响较大。文章对某办公大楼的中央空调系统所产生的振动和噪声进行了测试分析 ,发现热泵和水泵机组及管道的振动隔离不合理 ,以至引起楼板较大振动 ,并通过管道向各楼层传递。测试结果为下一步的治理改进提供了依据

Abstract:The warming and cooling in modern buildings are commonly achieved through the central air conditioning system. When the system is fixed on the middle floor or top floor of the building,the vibration and noise of it will have a lot of influence on the floors below. In this paper,the vibration and noise of the central air conditioning system fixed on the top floor of an office building are measured and analyzed, and it is found that it is the unsuitable vibration isolation of the compressor, the pump group and the pipe that brings the big vibration to the floor directly under the system, and the vibration is transmitted to every other floor by the pipes.The measurement results are of value to the corresponding treatment and betterment.
